Entry Form

Instructions for entering the People Moving Business Awards:

1. Read through the descriptions of each award, including the judging criteria
2. Complete all the sections requested on the entry form
3. Indicate which award/s you wish to enter. You can enter details for more than one award. (Award categories will be listed)
4. Read and indicate you accept the rules of entry
5. Send your entry form electronically to the Awards judging panel

Receipt of your entry will be acknowledged within one week. If you are short-listed for an Award, you will be notified in due course.

Please provide any materials that will help support your entry, including testimonials, photography, data etc.
